Refund policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return request, contact us at info@dolce-oro.com. We will provide you with the address to return the package. Items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects or damages or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and make sure to resolve it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
